2 Chainz’s Vacation Goes South After He Gets Finessed By Housekeeper

2 Chainz is currently away enjoying what he thought would be a peaceful vacation with his wife, but a recent incident involving a housekeeper has thrown a spanner in the works.

On Saturday (June 10), the College Park native took to his Instagram Story to explain what had happened. According to the “No Lie” rapper, he was allegedly finessed out of his weed by a hotel employee.

In his lengthy story, 2 Chainz explained that while he and his wife went island hopping, he left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door — which usually tells the housekeeper not to enter the room — only to discover that it had indeed been disturbed.

Even worse, his weed stash was gone. It isn’t just that – the rapper claims the hotel staffer helped him find it as well. “Them folks took da pack and helped me look for it like a real Soufside N-qqa,” he said in a follow-up post.

Speaking of marijuana, the Atlanta rapper recently got the opportunity to sample the most expensive weed strain on the planet, and needless to say, he’s wasn’t impressed.

Back in May, during another installment of GQ’s online series, Most Expensivist Shit — in which the Atlanta native tries out various expensive items and ranks them for what they’re worth — 2 Chainz gave the “veganic” weed a spin with actor and comedian Sarah Silverman.

Pioneered by Kyle Kushman, “veganic” weed — a portmanteau of “vegan” and “organic” — runs for about $1000 an ounce (or $16,000 a pound). A single joint costs $37. Kushman also claimed that he didn’t leave his house for five years because he was so busy selling that “veganic” weed.

“What?!” 2 Chainz screamed. “Hell naw! A $1,000 for a zip? $1,000 for 28 grams? $1,000 for [an] ounce of weed veganic? Good God almighty. We got $16,000 for a pound. Man, get tha fuck!”

In other related news, and on a sadder note, 2 Chainz revealed recently that his French Bulldog, Trappy, unfortunately passed away after more than eight years by each other’s side.

Earlier this month, Chainz penned a heartfelt message to Instagram letting fans know that Trappy S. Goyard was no longer with us while painfully reflecting on the pup’s life as a man’s best friend.
