Taylor Swift Announces Eras Tour Concert Film

Taylor Swift is bringing an Eras Tour concert film to theaters from Friday, October 13. Watch a trailer below. AMC is scheduling at least four daily showings in its U.S. theaters between Thursday and Sunday upon opening. The film will also screen in Canada and Mexico.

On social media, Swift wrote, “The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon ???? Starting Oct 13th you’ll be able to experience the concert film in theaters in North America! Tickets are on sale now at taylor.lnk.to/TSTheErasTourFilm. Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged ???? 1, 2, 3 LGB!!!! (iykyk).” (That last part refers to a catchphrase of Swift’s, “1, 2, 3, let’s go, bitch!”) The movie is directed by Sam Wrench, whose recent credits include Billie Eilish’s Live at the O2.

This month, Swift previewed Reputation (Taylor’s Version) with a new take on “Look What You Made Me Do,” in the teaser video for the TV series Wilderness. She also recently expanded the Eras Tour with more North American dates and released the re-recorded version of Speak Now. The next Taylor’s Version, of 1989, is out two weeks after the concert film, on October 27.
