Venomous Concept Are Over Coronavirus, Worried About “Simian Flu”

Today’s “Most Relevant Lyrics” award goes to “Simian Flu,” the new ripper from grindcore supergroup Venomous Concept (Napalm Death, ex-Brutal Truth, etc.). The title comes from the Planet of the Apes movies, and it’s entirely possible those films served as the inspiration for the lyrics, too… but there’s no denying that they seem really, really relevant. Shit, they’d seem relevant if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic.
