Jonathan Davis Thinks This Is “The Worst Korn Song Ever…I Just Cringe”

It seems like Jonathan Davis is having a bit of an introspective moment when it comes to his work with Korn. Last month, the singer revealed the Korn album where he thought the band “failed miserably.” Now, in a new interview with Metal Hammer, he’s openly discussed the Korn song that he believes to be the band’s worst — and it’s off of their massive 1997 hit Follow the Leader, too.

Which Korn song does Jonathan hate the most? Honestly, the answer might not surprise you…

“‘All In The Family’ is the worst song ever. It’s horrible.

“We were all drunk in the studio and I was trying to rap. At the time, we were having a good time, but now I just cringe.

“I’ve got nothing against Fred, it just sucks! We were out of our minds drunk! It shouldn’t have made the record.”

For those of you who don’t remember, “All In The Family” is a battle rap with Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst that’s just packed with bad homophobic insults. In this author’s opinion, it really shows off everything that was wrong about the nu-metal scene at the time — bad rapping, macho bullshit, and homophobia all over the place. We tip our hats to Jonathan for acknowledging that this song is so bad.
