Tech N9ne Surprises Some Of His Biggest Fans With Trick ‘3D’ Experience

Tech N9ne has tricked some of his biggest fans with a 3D experience based on his song of the same name, which he followed up by appearing in person to surprise them.

On Friday (April 7), the Kansas City native premiered the video to his latest track, “3D.” In an effort to provide an immersive experience, he invited 19 fans to what looks like one of his Strange Music warehouses in KC, and wear 3D glasses while watching the video.

Throughout the track, Tech N9ne uses his signature rapid-fire flow to discuss his superiority over other rappers: “My shit bangs concocted Strange (I keep it zero degrees)/ Lost his fame but I sustained (so many people agree)/ ‘Bout this thang it’s not the same but when you speak on me/ Some of the mentions I see (what!) you one dimension I’m 3.

After the video ended, in a cute trick, Tech entered the room from behind the projector screen, surprising the fans after initially telling them he wouldn’t be there.

In other Tech N9ne news, the “Worldwide Choppers” wordsmith welcomed his daughter, Alina, into the world in March, sharing the news on Instagram.

“HAPPY DUE DATE ALINA!” the Missouri rapper wrote alongside his daughter’s birth certificate, which revealed she was born on March 3 and weighed eight pounds and five ounces.

“@newbirthcompany was the exclusivity we needed as there was nothing but their wonderful team of Midwives, our amazing Canna Doula @piscapriothedoula and a few family members at the facility assisting my strong and fearless fiance @therealkrizieluv while she delivered ALINA DENAE YATES divinely in 2.5 hrs.”

He added: “WOW! So blessed to have witnessed this heartfelt moment. Thank you to all involved.”

Jelly Roll On The Importance Of Tech N9ne: ‘His Energy Is So Pure’

The Strange Music mogul announced he was expecting a daughter in January, and shared a photo of Alina’s sonogram on Instagram.“WOW man! At 27 weeks Alina Denae looks like she got my lips and nose,” Tech wrote at the time. “Amazing things in creating life.”

Alina is now the fourth child of the 51-year-old, who also has two sons and a daughter with ex-wife Lecoya LeJuene. The pair divorced in 2017 after 22 years of marriage.

Alina’s mother is Tech N9ne’s current girlfriend, Kristen, whom he began dating shortly after his divorce.

On the music side of things, along with his latest track, “Things I Like,” Tech N9ne dropped off his other single “Tell Everyone” in February. It’s set to appear on his upcoming 24th studio album Bliss, which he announced last May.
