Sean Kingston Faces $1M Judgement Over Yet Another Alleged Unpaid Watch Bill

Sean Kingston has been hit with yet another threat of a lawsuit, with another jeweler claiming that the “Beautiful Girls” singer allegedly hasn’t paid his watch bill.

Court documents obtained by Radar Online reveal that watch company Dream Watch has petitioned a court to award them $1,054,107.50 for two unpaid watches: Richard Mille Model RM 65.01 Automatic and a Patek Phillipe Calibre.

The company claims that Kingston reached out to them in 2022 to purchase the two watches, and a representative from the company flew from Malaysia to Los Angeles to furnish the singer with the watches.

However, Sean Kingston reportedly never came through with the promised funds, even though he promised to compensate them via wire transfer.

“Kingston represented his initial wire attempt was rejected because it was flagged by his bank due to the large amount being wired overseas,” read the suit. “Thereafter, Kingston represented his account was frozen due to the initial wire attempt, amongst other excuses which persisted for over three months until Kingston stopped responding to Plaintiff entirely. Ultimately, the agreed upon funds were never sent, and Defendants continue to refuse to render payment as agreed. Defendant Kingston continues to possess the two watches.”

Dream Watches wants the judgment rendered in its favor because Sean Kingston reportedly never responded to the company’s many requests for payment, and he didn’t allegedly respond to the service of process of the papers either.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that the “Party All Night” singer has been accused of skipping out on a jewelry bill.

Back in 2017, Norman Silverman Diamonds filed a lawsuit to retrieve $21,353 still owed on a watch purchased by Sean Kingston.

According to TMZ, Kingston paid $10,000 upfront and later sent a check for $36,000 to cover the total cost of the $46,000 watch. The Rolex was then mailed to a business associate of the musician’s.

The check from Kingston bounced shortly after the watch was mailed.

Although the L.A. jeweler did receive $15,000 from Kingston following the bounced check debacle, that payment was received in 2013, and the singer had been reportedly dodging the company since then.

In addition to the money owed, Silverman demanded extra money for damages and lawyer fees.

Several months prior to the Norman Silverman Diamonds fiasco, Kingston found himself in a similar predicament when a judge ordered him to pay a Florida jeweler the $44,000 owed for a Rolex and diamond bracelet.
