G Herbo’s ‘Biggest Dream’ Is To Test His Acting Chops Alongside Mike Epps

G Herbo has made it clear that aside from continuing to make music, he wants to act alongside comedian Mike Epps in a movie someday.

The Chicago rapper recently tested his manifestation skills out on social media in terms of wanting to share the big screen with the Next Friday and Resident Evil: Apocalypse actor. “1 Of my biggest dreams that got nothing to do with rappp is to land a acting role wit @therealmikeepps,” Herbo wrote on his IG Story.

G Herbo’s dreams aren’t too far-fetched, considering that he dressed up as Mike Epps’ How High character Baby Powder for Metro Boomin’s movie-themed birthday party in 2021.

While Mike Epps has a long history of acting alongside rappers, hitting the big screen throughout the years with the likes of Ice Cube, Method Man, Redman, and Snoop Dogg, to name a few.

G Herbo has been showcasing a myriad of talents recently, including him doing a spot-on impersonation of NBA YoungBoy.

Herbo showed off his moves in a viral video that left the internet in stitches last month. Identical to what NBA YoungBoy does in his videos, G Herbo lit himself a cigarette and did an unhinged one-two step while rocking his knees back and forth.

Fittingly, the song selection for Herbo’s humorous impression was NBA YoungBoy’s “I Got That Shit,” off his latest album Richest Opp.

While some fans took to social media and expressed that they felt the stunt was lighthearted in nature, other fans warned the Survivor’s Remorse rapper that YoungBoy may not be so receptive to his comical actions.

“Now he gonna be on the Internet live from his house going tf off on g herbo,” one person wrote in an Instagram comment, while another wrote: “Nailed it.. but now he got to go to war, he know YB got half of a half of a sense of humor.”

On the music side of things,G Herbo declared himself the best rapper in the game earlier this year.

In March, the Chicago native took to Instagram to claim he’s at the top of rap’s food chain in terms of skill. In a now-deleted IG Story, Herbo kept things plain and simple, posting a black background with the sentence: “I REALLY FEEL IM THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE NBS.”

The Survivor’s Remorse rapper has reason to believe in himself as much as he does, especially after Nicki Minaj hopped on the remix to his “Chiraq” single back in 2016.

G Herbo was only 17 at the time of his collaboration with Nicki, and the record pushed him to the limelight. The 27-year-old spoke about the track and how important it was to him during a 2021 interview with Elliott Wilson on Tidal Check In.

“Definitely shout out to Nicki for that,” G Herbo said. “That was like my first big break, you know what I’m saying, and that just go to tell you how long I’ve been just trying to get on that path of stardom.”

He added: “But man, that’s one of those records that just gave me confidence as an artist. To see if I could actually do it or not, rap toe-to-toe with the best of ’em. Nicki a female MC, but she still like the hardest ever, and she harder than a lot of male MCs. For me, to be able to get on a track with her and hold my own, it just gave me confidence to keep going.”
