Mabe Fratti and Amor Muere Announce Debut Album, Share New Song: Listen

Amor Muere—a Mexico City collective featuring Mabe Fratti, Gibrana Cervantes, Concepción Huerta, and Camille Mandoki—are releasing their debut album, A Time to Love, a Time to Die, on November 3 via Scrawl (the label formerly known as SA Recordings). Listen to the LP’s lead single, “Love Dies,” below.

Amor Muere grew from a multidisciplinary performance in Mexico City that Camille Mandoki wrote and directed. A Time to Love, a Time to Die features vocals, violin, cello, synths, and tape manipulation. “It’s not just about the music,” Gibrana Cervantes said of the group’s process in a statement, “it’s a beautiful process where we connect through emotions and feelings as friends to make music.”
