Nuclear Power Trio (Trump, Jong-un, Putin) Unveil “A Clear and Present Rager” Video

2017 brought the arrival of a new metal supergroup featuring the unlikely alliance of Donald Trump, Kim Jong-un, and Mike Tyson moonlighting as some dudes named “Nick Schendzielos” (Trump, Cephalic Carnage, bass), “Greg Burgess” (Jong-un, Allegaeon, guitars), and “Pete Webber” (Tyson, Havok drums). Weird names, right? I know.

Nuclear Power Trio are back with their first EP, and they’ve swapped Tyson for Vladimir Putin (unclear if the dude calling himself “Pete Webber” is still involved), and it looks as if Jong-un has moved over to drums (or we had it wrong in 2017). “The trio took time away from their duties of state to film several music videos,” a press release touts, “the first of which can be seen right now. It’s not fake news.” Phew! We were worried.

The first of those videos, “A Clear and Present Rager,” explores the party life these three superb world leaders indulge in on the regular. And that party life is good!! Funky too! Digging the crap out of this.

The EP, also titled A Clear and Present Rager, comes out October 30 via Metal Blade; pre-order here.
