Former Manowar Guitarist Admits He Downloaded Child Pornography, Faces 25 Years in Prison

Former Manowar guitarist Karl Logan faces “at least” 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of child pornography, according to The Charlotte Observer.

Logan, 55, appeared in federal court yesterday, Friday, July 24. The guitarist reportedly confessed that he downloaded and kept child pornography.

A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.

Logan was fired from Manowar after being arrested in 2018 on six counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He had been a member of the band since 1994.

Last year, the guitarist was indicted a federal grand jury indicted Logan on one count each of receiving and possessing child pornography, which he is said to have downloaded off the Internet.
