Courtney Barnett, Alice Bag, Kathleen Hanna, More Appear on New Hands Off! Benefit Compilation

Hands Off! is a new limited-edition cassette compilation that was produced as a response to the the shuttering of Burger Records earlier this year, which came as a result of wide-ranging sexual misconduct allegations leveled against the label’s staff and affiliated artists. Curated and produced by Miss Alex White of White Mystery, May McDonough of Psychedelic Cherry, LG from Thelma & the Sleaze, and Charlie Kaplan of Tapehead City, the new compilation features music by L7, Courtney Barnett, Alice Bag with Kathleen Hanna, X’s Exene Cervenka, Amyl and the Sniffers, Palehound, and many others.

All proceeds from the release will benefit “nonprofits that focus on the empowerment of young women.” Find the tracklist below, and pre-order Hands Off! at Tapehead City.
